I rented a Cadillac Escalade, it was gorgeous with all the bells and whistles. Emma was nice and very helpful. I booked through the Sixt app and my rate was fantastic. The bad reviews i see seem to be from people not familiar with the requirements to rent a car. Sixt was great!

When I arrived to pick up the rented SUV, I realized it was not going to be large enough for my family road trip(complete oversight on my part). However, I was in luck and the upgrading process was quick and easy. My Sixt representative, Issabella, was extremely helpful on choosing my upgraded SUV(Audi Q8). Issabella was kind, courteous, and showed true professionalism throughout the entire process. I will be a future customer because of her. Normally, I am hesitant to provide reviews of representatives and/or the experience but this experience deserved recognition, as this process was seamless.

I am at the Sixt rental company location at the George Bush airport and Isabella is a life saver! She helped me in a pinch. She upgraded my car with no extra Charge. Highly recommend!!
