Kan ik de uren bij een urenboeking verlengen?

Als je je urenboeking wilt verlengen, laat het dan even weten aan je chauffeur. Extra uren zijn afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid en worden per uur in rekening gebracht volgens het uurstarief van je boeking.

Kan ik een tussenstop maken bij een afstandsboeking?

Tussenstops zijn toegestaan als je ze vermeldt in het veld OPMERKINGEN VOOR DE CHAUFFEUR. Spontane stops hebben toestemming van de chauffeur nodig, en extra kilometers of wachttijd kunnen extra kosten met zich meebrengen. Details vind je in onze boekingsvoorwaarden.

We willen dat je je zo comfortabel mogelijk voelt en van je rit geniet.
In de premiumboekingsklassen mag je drankjes consumeren en het gratis mineraalwater gebruiken, maar we vragen je om geen eten in het voertuig te nuttigen, vooral geen sterk geurende etenswaren.

Het drinken van alcohol is alleen toegestaan na overleg met de chauffeur en in overeenstemming met de lokale wetgeving. Als je te dronken bent en de veiligheid van de rit in gevaar brengt, beëindigt de chauffeur de rit. Als het voertuig door jou vervuild wordt, bijvoorbeeld door etensresten, kunnen schoonmaakkosten in rekening worden gebracht.
