Extra kosten kunnen ontstaan door een verlenging van je wachttijd of door overschrijding van de inbegrepen gratis kilometers. Extra kosten worden apart op je factuur vermeld, zodat je duidelijk kunt zien welke kosten zijn gemaakt en waarom.

Je factuur wordt 3 uur na afloop van je rit aangemaakt. We sturen deze per e-mail toe, en je kunt de factuur ook downloaden in je ritgeschiedenis op de website of in je boekingsoverzicht in de app. Als de 3 uur zijn verstreken en je hebt je factuur nog niet ontvangen, controleer dan het profiel dat voor de boeking is gebruikt en zorg dat het juiste e-mailadres is ingesteld. Voor verdere hulp kun je contact opnemen met ons klantenserviceteam.

Voor wijzigingen in je betalings- en factuurgegevens voor een bestaande boeking neem je contact op met ons klantenserviceteam.

Als je de betalings- en factuurgegevens voor toekomstige boekingen wilt aanpassen, kun je eenvoudig je boekingsprofielen openen in je SIXT-account in de app of op de website en de informatie bijwerken.
