Het boeken van een luchthavenvervoer zorgt voor een soepele rit van of naar de luchthaven. Wanneer je je vluchtgegevens invoert, kan je chauffeur je vlucht volgen en de ophaaltijd aanpassen op basis van je werkelijke aankomsttijd.

Hoe het werkt

Bij het boeken van je luchthavenvervoer kun je je vluchtnummer koppelen aan je rit. Zo kan je chauffeur de vluchtstatus volgen en de ophaaltijd aanpassen bij vroege aankomsten of vertragingen.

Voordelen van het invoeren van je vluchtnummer

Meerdere passagiers met verschillende vluchten

Als passagiers met verschillende vluchten aankomen, raden we aan aparte boekingen te maken. Zo kan elke vlucht individueel worden gevolgd en vindt ophalen altijd op tijd plaats, zelfs bij vertragingen of vroege aankomsten.

Voorbeeldscenario

Je vlucht landt om 15:00 uur en je wilt 1 uur en 30 minuten op de luchthaven blijven. Nadat je je vluchtnummer bij de boeking hebt ingevoerd, staat je chauffeur om 16:30 uur (of aangepast bij vertraging) klaar om je op te halen, zodat de gewenste verblijfsduur wordt gerespecteerd.
