E-mailadres komt niet overeen</strong></p>\n<p>Dit is de meest voorkomende oorzaak: het e-mailadres dat je bij de activatie hebt gebruikt, komt niet overeen met het e-mailadres van je SIXT account.</p>\n<p>Zo los je het op:</p>\n<ul>\n  <li>Controleer welk e-mailadres je bij de activatie hebt opgegeven — je hebt op dat moment een activatiebevestiging per e-mail ontvangen.</li>\n  <li>Bekijk het e-mailadres van je SIXT account via: <strong>SIXT App</strong> → Instellingen → Persoonlijke gegevens.</li>\n  <li><strong>Optie A:</strong> Maak een nieuw SIXT account aan met het e-mailadres dat je bij de activatie hebt gebruikt.</li>\n  <li><strong>Optie B:</strong> Neem contact op met het SIXT supportteam om het e-mailadres te laten wijzigen. Houd je persoonlijke referentie-ID bij de hand — die vind je in je activatiebevestigingsmail.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>2. Kaartgeschiktheid</strong></p>\n<p>Je American Express kaart is mogelijk niet meer actief of geschikt.</p>\n<ul>\n  <li>Open de <strong>Amex Experiences® App</strong> en controleer of je kaart actief is.</li>\n  <li>Verifieer de activering van je SIXT ride tegoed.</li>\n  <li>Is je kaart geannuleerd of gedowngraded?
