Voor een objectieve evaluatie van het voertuig en een onpartijdige beslissing over mogelijke schade roepen we bij het inleveren vaak de hulp in van een externe, onafhankelijke expert. In andere gevallen zal de SIXT-vestiging een overdrachtsprotocol met jou opstellen.
