Got in early morning. Did my research with re to rates and car I wanted, showed it to the receptionist, the first gentleman though helpful initially was not later when I showed him price differences he said you should have just booked online, not exactly hospitality material. But when we started doing exactly that and waiting another gentleman by name of Mr Michal called us over and understood the problem helped us choose the right car was extremely friendly and made us choose sixth over the regular Europcar that I normally choose. So great going. Car that I drove was fantastic, very clean and new. Just option to extend must be easier as we couldn’t do it Over the phone we had to get it done in Gstaad

mi experiencia no fue tan buena.

1 busque en la pagina y decia que habia autos pequeños disponibles cuando llegue a la oficina no habia lo que ofrecian en la pagina y tuve que pagar un auto mas grande.

2 tampoco son claros en un monto de garantia que se tiene que dejar que es incluso mayor al costo de la renta del coche por un dia. esto es un problema porque es dinero que queda retenido en garantia en la tarjeta y no puedes disponer de el, aunque a la entrega se libere ese monto.

3 sugieren un seguro sobre todo ahora por termporada de invierno en zonas de nieve lo cual me parece bien, pero si estuviera mas claro antes de rentar el coche cuando lo buscas en la pagina seria mejor y habria menos sorpresa

4 yo se que no es su responsabilidad pero el costo de la gasolina y cuanto cuesta llenar el tanque tambien es un dato que podrian dar para considerar otro costo

 

CONCLUSION. Yo se y seguro lo mencionan conforme se avanza en el tramite para rentar el coche, pero si lo ponen desde el principo de manera inmediata para saber cual puede llegar a ser el costo total creo que seria mucho mejor para nosotros como clientes y no llevarnos sorpresas. Es muy engañoso como lo muestras al principio. yo termine pagando el triple de lo que pensaba en un pais muy caro como es Suiza.
