Sixt saved the day. Simple as that. The staff member was incredible, very kind, and helped relieve stress from our terrible traveling day. After six hours of train where we didn’t have seats for three of them (because our train was cancelled and we had to switch to a fully booked train), we needed to hire a car. We had a reservation with Europcar, but Europcar refused to honour our reservation. (Read my review there for more). The staff at Sixt was so helpful, kind to my kids, gracious, and generous. He got me a nicer car at a rate comparative to the one Europcar refused me. In the end it saved our holiday, and all at 8:45 pm (20:45). I will be using Sixt again, and only Sixt in Germany.
