Wat is PayPal?

PayPal is een online betaalservice die de virtuele rekening van een gebruiker koppelt aan zijn e-mailadres. Hierdoor kunnen betalingen gemakkelijk worden verzonden en ontvangen, vooral voor online winkelen en boekingen. PayPal brengt het bedrag in mindering op de betaalmethode van de gebruiker. Voor particuliere gebruikers is de service meestal gratis.

Waar kan ik PayPal gebruiken als betaalmethode?

PayPal kan alleen worden gebruikt voor vooruitbetaalde reserveringen en niet voor betalingen in de SIXT-vestiging. Bij het ophalen van het voertuig bij het SIXT-filiaal is ook een creditcard of bankpas op naam van de huurder vereist. De borg en eventuele extra kosten worden met de creditcard of bankpas verrekend.

Hoe betaal ik met PayPal voor mijn prepaid reservering?

In de laatste boekingsstap heb je de optie om PayPal als betaalmethode te selecteren. Log in op je PayPal-account en bevestig de betaling. Na het boeken ontvang je een boekingsbevestiging van SIXT en een betalingsbevestiging van PayPal.
