Het dienstdoende personeel heeft echter via de front-desk binnen 10 minuten een andere 4-deurs geregeld (met upgrade!). Perfecte service, chapeau! Ook de afhandeling bij de return was snel en vlekkeloos. Kortom, zeer tevreden."

"Het was druk en laat, maar een heel klein beetje uitleg hoe je start en deuren opent en sluit, hoe het licht aan en uit gaat, maar dit is natuurlijk op te lossen door de client, geen echt probleem. Zeer tevreden verder, Sixt moet alleen meer Fiat 500 inkopen, dat was jammer dat ik i.p.v de 500 een BMW kreeg."
